EURAF members can register for a reduced fee. We would like to invite those who are not yet EURAF members to join the European Agroforestry Federation.

Registration fee for onsite participation includes:
- Attendance to all scientific sessions
- Certificate of attendance
- Conference Book of Abstracts in PDF format
- Coffee break refreshments
- Lunch in the university canteen
- Admission to selected historical monuments
Registration fee for online participation includes:
- Access to plenary and selected scientific sessions
- Access to recorded sessions after the congress for 6 months
- Certificate of attendance
- Conference Book of Abstracts in PDF format
All fees include local VAT 21%
Day registration is available for all days of EURAF 2024, but each delegate may only purchase up to two daily tickets.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation or change of your registration must be made in writing by e-mail and is subject to the following conditions:
CHANGE FROM ON-SITE REGISTRATION TO ON-LINE REGISTRATION
Until 15th March 2024: refund of the difference in fee minus 20 EUR administration fee.
Cancellation fee for Members/ Non-members:
• Until 15th April 2024: refund of fee minus 50 EUR administration fee.
• After 15th April 2024: no refund.
Cancellation fee for Students/ Farmers and daily tickets:
• Until 15th April 2024: refund of fee minus 20 EUR administration fee.
• After 15th April 2024: no refund.
Miscellaneous
• No-shows at the congress will be charged the full fee.
• Refunds will be processed after the congress.
